transformative therapy
therapy that works
Transform from constantly second-guessing your every move to living with a greater sense of trust in yourself. Instead of waking up with anxiety about every decision, you’ll start your days feeling grounded in your own judgment. You might find yourself setting boundaries without guilt and building deeper, more meaningful relationships because you no longer hide parts of yourself to be accepted. You’ll feel at home in your own skin. The constant internal chatter of "Should I?" and "What if?" will be replaced by a sense of self-assurance. When life throws you a curveball, you won't spiral into quiet self-doubt. Instead, you’ll face these moments with quiet confidence because you have the resources to handle what comes your way.
my approach
My therapeutic approach combines warmth, authenticity, and evidence-based strategies that help you feel both supported and empowered to create real change.
I bring a laid-back, conversational style that makes therapy feel less clinical and more comfortable. I use humor when appropriate and am not afraid to share genuine reactions or observations that might help you gain new perspectives.
I believe therapy should include both serious reflection and lighter moments. I focus on helping you understand the “why” behind your patterns while giving you practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

my story
I deeply believe in the power of being understood. Having walked my own path of emotional struggle, I discovered I held pieces to a puzzle that so many others were trying to solve. This realization sparked a profound sense of purpose in me, and that was to create the very space and understanding that I had longed for during my own journey.
I understand on a personal level how anxiety and self-esteem can impact every aspect of a person's life, particularly their relationships. Early in my journey, I wrestled with an unsettling question: was this simply who I was, or was there something more significant that needed to be understood?
I ultimately discovered that I wasn't alone in these experiences, and more importantly, that there were tools and pathways to meaningful self-growth. It showed me that it was possible to develop a positive relationship with myself and reshape the narrative around anxiety and self-worth.
My journey has painted my dedication to creating a therapeutic space where you don't have to navigate these waters alone. You can feel deeply understood and supported in finding your path to self-acceptance and emotional well-being, just as I found mine.
